I used Austin Taylor Chartered Certified Accountants very recently for a specific accountancy task and they provided a great service. Overall the service was exactly what I could have hoped for, and everything was explained to me very clearly. Their service is really professional and personal/friendly at the same time.Roger ? the Director - in particular is a great asset to the Company. He is very approachable, professional, thorough and friendly and I get the feeling he really cares. He listened and understood the situation and the accountancy task and responded my questions in detail and quickly. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience before finding this accountant. What I expect from an accountant firm is basically to have a good team who know your business and know who you are, and genuinely want to help - always available and approachable, and always ready to help with the utmost of professionalism. This is what I experienced at Austin Taylor.In this sense, they provided me with a great service and excellent advice. I therefore have the highest regard for this accountant. As a small business owner, I have no hesitation in recommending Austin Taylor Accountants services to anyone and definitely I will continue using their services
