Went to collect my prescription today only to be told that it wasn?t ready. I requested my repeat prescription on the 12th and went to collect today only to be told we was short staffed over the weekend and it?s not available, queued for the best part of 30 mins to be told this, disorganised and unprofessional will not be sending my e-prescription to them again!

The pharmacy ladies are absolutely fantastic. I have many prescriptions to collect each week and they are always helpful, kind and will go above and beyond to ensure I receive my medications. I have witnessed them receive abuse several times from customers and it?s not acceptable. They are understaffed and overworked with the amount of prescriptions they get hourly! The pharmacists also working as hard as they can.
I appreciate all your hard work and thank you for making my life just that little bit easier ladies. Especially Jaz, Becky and Karen.

Pharmacy don't answer there phones.... I don't live in Canterbury, so I don't want waste my journey! been waiting for my medication now for three days! Which I've already paid for! They was meant to call me yesterday, which never happen. I even phone the main store today and spoke to a staff member which kindly of him took my details to pharmacy! If he has? I will never know? Because still i haven't had a response. This place is meant to be a care profession for the public but it's a utter shambles and a joke!

Totally unprofessional??..Failed to fulfill my partners urgent prescription despite saying they had the medications in stock. When told how urgent it was the woman behind the counter just said I can send an email to another pharmacy but I can?t do it for an hour and by then they will be closed.

I always find the staff polite and very helpful. However, the management could do with recruiting more staff as they are always very busy, especially since Sainsbury's Pharmacy closed a few years ago.

It?s the worst pharmacy experience ever , every single time - I will only use this pharmacy when I?m absolutely desperate and In this case it was for my son , so I put my pride aside. I accept places maybe understaffed or busy, but since when did that be the green light, to be rude and condescending. Surely it takes less energy to be professional in comparison to how badly you treat people. Your communication between each other is shockingly poor resulting in a poor experience for the customer. It?s not a lot to ask to be spoken to respectfully and professionally and to follow through with your duties. Still didn?t leave with what I needed - which I had already come to expect.

Shocking experience. We queued for half an hour yesterday with our 2 year old son and witnessed staff being rude and patronising to the people ahead of us. When we finally got to the counter we were told that they couldn't help our 2 year old as they wanted to have lunch. Clearly no sense of duty of care, and very upsetting since it's a child that needed help. If there was a lunch break scheduled then why make us wait all that time? Why not let us know sooner so we wouldn't waste all that time?

They need to hire someone just to take calls and see if there prescription is there and if it's in stock.
I know they are extremely busy and making enough money to hire that extra staff member,it would not only help the customers but also they staff that are so run ragged.
You are very lucky if get though to them and if you do sometimes are told it's a 48 wait for in my case meds I need to keep healthy as have a number of health conditions and without them become very sick
Asda do better,people are struggling in these times but you are not certainly not at your chemist.
