Hands down some of the best customer service from the lovely team behind the counter. Very busy for the girls but held their own really well, on top of that a very clean environment!!! Definitely recommend it to anyone.

Since I saw Asda advertising roll back on TV I thought nothing of it! However two weeks ago I decided to go into Canterbury branch after ditching them to Sainsburys a few years ago. How my god Asda us back! Cheap cheap and cheap compared to the rest. Don't believe me go and see ut for your self.

Absolutely fuming!
The past 2 times I?ve done a online shop, for collection. I?ve been given food that is such short date. I?ve not jsut spend £50 each order I?ve placed is between £150-£250 and it?s just not on. I thought the first time it might just be a mistake but no they?ve done again with this order. Will not be ordering from them again!

Not the best quality food at times, self checkouts are a nightmare especially the self scanning ones, it's always a stressful pain in the booty process. Couldn't even use my vouchers, twice, because of 'apparently' WiFi issues. I was told to just keep trying. Gone back to hassle free Tesco and great self scanning checkouts with quality food. Sorry Asda, i have given you a good two year trial and I'm fed up with issues and food not lasting or empty shelves.

Yesterday, I placed an order online for the first time using the Asda app. My scheduled collection time was at 8 AM. Unfortunately, I had to go to work early, and my wife couldn't pick it up because we have a 2-month-old baby.
The following day, Sunday, she went to Asda and showed the order number to an employee. They said the order had already been collected. Confused, she asked how that was possible since no one should have picked it up without confirming the order number. The employee replied that they didn?t really know why this happened, which seemed very strange to us.
Afterward, when we requested a refund, they told us that we had to call customer care.still didn't get refund yet.

I a disabled person as ostiatheritas in my back was very disappointed if you want to queue for 1 hour go to asda of Canterbury I was at the end crying in pain I don't know what is going on with asda today but they are only probably closed one day so asda you need to better for disabled people and don't let them cry in pain

Well what can I say other than what a rude asda employee today my daughter and I couldn't work the scan & go machine which my daughter went over to ask for help but she was to just to busy talking to the security guard after her walking round to where we were I asked for help and all she said was " I don't know know " struggling her shoulder and couldn't even be bothered or attempt to help thanks Kim in the end the security guard helped thank you !

The store is quite large and very well laid out and some very good price's, but the ladies toilets were shut off and all the females were using the mother and baby's toilets and my wife said that they were in a very bad condition.

Sorry but Iv tried this place twice now and it?s not for me , unclean / chaotic and rude staff at self checkout , I?m all about helping local stores but not when they can?t help thereselves, not again thanks !!!
