I popped in to get sized for a bra because I?ve never known what size I am and I always struggle finding the right size and Megan was so helpful. She went back and forth fetching me different sizes and was so sweet and patient. Highly recommend! Xx

I popped into the store the other day and just had to leave a review which I don?t normally do. Saffron was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly helpful the moment I walked in, was very friendly and approachable. Her product knowledge was extremely impressive and she even recommended a few things I hadn?t even considered, she explained them well without making me feel insecure. I ended up leaving with more than what I intended to come in for but i?m extremely happy with my purchase and experience, so grateful I had her help

I had a really lovely experience today, I was looking for bras and I?m pretty clueless with this stuff, a staff member called Ivy offered to assist me and was SO helpful! They helped me pick out some styles and sizes which might work, and we went through each one, figured out my size, and I managed to decide on one to buy. Ivy made me feel so comfortable and confident. They also recommended their favourite Anne Summers perfume which I ended up buying as well. Thank you Ivy! ?

I went to the Canterbury story to get a Bra Fit Service yesterday. I was seen by Lily and she was honestly amazing! I went into the shop feeling nervous and quite embarrassed to get the service done. Although, as soon as Lily started to help me I honestly started to feel really confident. She told me a lot of new information that I never knew, the bra size she recommended fits me perfectly and i've never felt so comfortable in a bra before in my life. She was so kind, welcoming, reassuring and overall just so lovely. She is a real credit to the Ann Summers team! All of the other staff who were working were also really lovely, I wish I got their names so I could leave them a good review too.
I have been shopping in this store for around 3 years now and the main reason I always come back is due to the staff! Ive never felt judged or unwelcome.

I purchased a few items today and received excellent customer service. I had questions about the suitability of one product in particular.
Ivy was very knowledgable, and although I am not shy, I believe that if anyone were exploring ?toys? or fetish for the first time, they would immediately feel more confident and at ease.
Great value as have many items on sale. I returned later that afternoon and bought more stuff. The lady who served me the second time I visited was equally as knowledgable and all the staff are friendly and know Ann Summers products inside out. Well done ladies, see you again soon.
