I think management here needs to give a training session on customer service.
Particularly Max on the tills - front facing staff members should probably at least try to smile and engage in basic politeness during a transaction.
Literally never met anyone so miserable.

Bad customer service (kitchens). Dealt with 3 different salesmen over 3 months who promised action but failed to deliver. At one point I agreed a price by email and asked to be told when my item arrived, but went back to store again as they didn't. The promised explanation, and maybe a price drop, never materialised. (A 4th guy had told me to visit with paperwork as he couldn't see that my order had been placed, even though by then I had agreed a price! As usual none of the previous guys were in.)

I ordered an item for click and collect that was displaying as 'In stock' on the website. The store then cancelled the order as it was apparently out of stock. What is the point of having a stock indicator on your website if it's not accurate? Complete waste of time, went to B&Q instead.
