Ordered thousands of pounds worth of windows and so many parts were found to be missing. Terrible customer service, I will be taking my business to someone who treats customers well and that can send all of the product parts out. I would have given them a zero if I could.

Always a good selection of products here for most DIY and trade jobs not to mention Bathroom and Kitchen units, helpful staff. Certainly a must for goto when looking for tools , plumbing and electrical fittings.

My partner purchased a new kitchen from this store, and installation , the fitter an absolute cowboy , now no kitchen and bodged the plumbing and plastering , avoid at all costs!!!!

I'd made a special journey to get some odd bags of slate chippings, and 2 types of shingle for topping up, only to find some there was only broken bags for each type. Hannah was really helpful and rebagged what I needed. She did all the heavy lifting, gave me a fair discount and Charlie loaded my car forme Excellent service done with a friendly 'no trouble' attitude.

I phoned up to find out where my delivery of over £500 was because it hadn't arrived on Saturday paying £5 as it was a Saturday and had the day off...woman charged me extra usually is free over £85, after waiting in all day for our delivery to come, too late to do anything now as evening they say it might still come, but we have work at 4am tom... so no... but.. is booked in for Monday anyhoo

I ordered insufficient ready mixed concrete from aggregates direct for the sub base of my garden patio - however post concrete utilised intelligently suffices and I chose Wicks in preference to BQ and HB because it's less DIY - I'm 70 so When I was confronted with the broken mess of palleted bags on display I approached a lady member of staff who gave me young Robert - Robert loaded my trolley with unbroken bags, wheeled the trolley to the till and then helped load up my Jimny, not once but twice - every time I enjoy our tiled patio I will be reminded of Wick' contribution, their helpful staff and Robert - with thanks

I have placed an order for £823.30. It was delivered quickly and all seemed fine, until my just under £600 of MDF was delivered wet and paint didn?t arrive.The other half of the order was meant to be received on the same day by the warehouse, which I later realised a message to say the large door handles are out of stock and then 5 days later received another message to say the other door handles are also out of stock.I?m currently stuck with half of my mfd wet, no paint no handles and apparently the feet for the units are on their way.After emailing and calling with no answers, I have been give to choice but to leave a review on here, in hope I will get a reply.

After visiting to view kitchens in the store we were told to return the next day without an appointment. We returned and were asked to wait. 20 minutes later the same lady then told us we couldn?t be seen. 2 wasted trips and felt very under valued as a customer. A shame as what was on offer looked ok.

Actually I wouldn't even give the Westwood shop one star. Went in today limping badly elderly lady to ask two wickes personnel that were laughing and joking and talking together where are the trolleys please, they directed me back to middle of car park, I explained I had a problem walking, they weren't at all helpful so I'll shop elsewhere

Absolutely disastrous experience with the design team in trying to arrange a bathroom fitting/installation, to be done by January 2023.To summarise:- a lack of timely and clear communication, contradictory information given by different team members- disorganisation in handling our order- lack of accuracy and transparency re: estimation/quote- system/process failure, with our order seemingly being missed for approximately 10 weeks since our payment in fullAfter an initial home consultation with a design team representative, we visited Wickes Broadstairs in July to pay for the works and materials. We were assured a start date of October 2022 for a bathroom fitting. On that basis, we paid the full balance (a considerable four-figure sum).Then, there was no communication at all from Wickes for approximately 10 weeks following our payment (mid-July to early October).After having one of Wickes' bathroom fitters visit our home in early October to do final checks, we found out from him that there would not be a be a fitter available until well into 2023!After chasing Wickes' design team throughout October to secure an installation date, we were eventually confirmed as having a start date in November to December 2022.After 3 further phone calls chasing Wickes' design team to confirm a precise start date, I was then told by the store manager that we actually did NOT have a fitter available until Feb 2023!It has now taken the last 10 days to secure my requested refund, along with 1 email to the store manager (who did not even reply), and 5 phone calls to Wickes' design team.Frankly, if we'd known what a waste of time and source of stress this whole episode would turn out to be, we would have arranged everything ourselves and/or with an independent contractor. Which of course we will now do, all while inevitably missing our own deadline of January 2023.Wickes have effectively wasted over 4 months of our time (July to date) and made securing a refund a painful and frustrating experience - with the end result being that we have made no progress with refitting our bathroom.Avoid like the plague.

Really poor & rude customer service. Misleading online offers. AVOID!!
