I am an oap abd these people will rip you off. They never said there was a landline needed for fibre cable, what use is that except 150 quid a year wasted as mist people gave mobile phones and when a power cut comes They are useless just like the shop in Broadstairs westwood cross, go elsewhere

Went in to look at options for upgrades.
Spent a good hour talking with Samantha Jayne. She was very helpful and was happ to explain the bits I didn't understand. We also had a good chat while we were sorting things out. She is a lovely lady, her customer service was excellent and she is a credit to the Westwood store

Refuse to repair a manufacturing defect with the phone. Would not cancel the contract. Would not replace the device. Would not correspond in writing.
Do not take out contracts from here

Terrible, waited hours in store and on the phone messing about with phone collection. The Westwood Cross shop was run by kids with 0 life experience and very limited knowledge about their own company policies and procedures, especially the so called manager. Felt like I needed every form of ID known to man before they would let me have the phone. I had confirmed the contract over the phone and all I had to do was collect the phone and the shop said no as I didn?t have the debit card on me that matched the account ?. Wouldn?t go with them again, signing up with 3!

Would never use Vodafone after my experience of this company. The staff in store have no empowerment to do anything. Just direct you online for any complaints or issues. 2 staff members in store admitted to selling faulty products and just said these are the products that Vodafone head office tell us to sell. But once they sell you the product and have any issues they no longer care or have any power to rectify the issues. Absolutely useless.

After an upgrade of my iPhone I had trouble re connecting my Apple Watch . I spent many hours on the phone to it and could not resolve it . The team at Vodafone Westwood cross spent 2 hours with me to get it to work . They all got involved , but finally sorted it .I then went back with my husband to get his working too !! Again they have sorted it . They were all so kind and patient so want to say a big thanks x
