Unfortunately I had to pull out of the purchase, however Melissa and the team were brilliant from start to finish. They were extremely professional and went the extra mile for their clients. In the house buying process we viewed 24 homes through all the major estate agents in Thanet. TMS were by far the best at what they do. The agents were informed, friendly and knew what we wanted. The sales support service is incredible and the whole team were wonderful to deal with. It was an outstanding experience and would deal with them in the future without question.

Me and my wife have just bought our first house with TMS and they have been outstanding. If only every house could be sold with these guys everyones life would be much easier! We viewed the property with Luis who was lovely and kind, really easy to talk to and not pushy at all, which we had found with other estate agents and this made us very uncomfortable. So thank you Luis! After then putting an offer in we were passed over to Lee who was nothing but kind and helpful, always emailed me back within the hour, put our minds at ease and answered any (even if stupid) questions from us, thank you so much. During the progression of our purchase we were then working with Nicky and I honestly don't know how this journey would have been without her. Words cannot explain how grateful we are for her help and how far she has gone to get this done for us. Nicky is friendly, thoughtful, informative, hardworking and more. She was in constant contact with us, our solicitors and the sellers solicitors when we were struggling with the progression of our case. Without her I honestly don't know how we could have done it. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I will be telling everyone I know to go through you guys, we are so grateful for you all.

We used TMS for 1 year renting a house in Broadstairs. The sales bit/showing a house before the contract is very friendly and welcoming! Sales lady showed us another property and took us to see that one as well.The agency is slow to sort any type of problems. Example: We had water dripping from the kitchen cieling and were told it?s impossible yo get plummer out on Friday. Once it came they said its our fault not using shower glass sealing and lets wait until monday to dry it out. Landlord had to get her own plummer out who in 5 min found a broken pipe anf it took another 5 min to fix it.Ending a contract is also rather slow process and they are not willing to help you with small things. (Asked them to roll out bin on a bin day. Was told its not their responsibility and I should out my binbag in my car. Once again landlord was helpful and did it for us. We moved 3h away, therefore could not do it ourselves).All in all, I would not use them again.

Very good service - from start to finish they have been excellent. The focus was always on communication, keeping us informed at every step of the way, friendly and efficient but also with empathy in what can be a stressful and unpredictable process. In the last weeks of our sale Nicky was phoning and checking with the rest of the chain, making sure things were on track and keeping us informed all the time. Many thanks - a brilliant team of estate agents and thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic estate agent ?this is how it should be done? ! I can?t recommend TMS highly enough they sold our property before it even went live online and to the first people to view,, I have to mention Nicky the sales Progressor at TMS who is an absolute ?tour de force? and a great asset to the company, she keep you informed every step of the way and is available if you have any questions, She also sends you a weekly report so you know what stage you?re at in the process, we?ve never had such detailed after sales before.We?ve brought and sold a few properties and this is the first time using TMS they came with glowing recommendations form a friend and they will be our agent of choice from now on they will also come with glowing recommendations from ourselves.Many thanks for everything TMS

We would absolutely recommend TMS. The team made selling our home an easy and successful process. The professional pictures that were taken of our home were excellent and maximised all of the best features. This most definitely helped sell our home within two weeks. Their communication was excellent and very informative. Nicky went absolutely above and beyond for us, especially on some complex issues. She was always very responsive to emails, and no question was ever too silly to ask. If we were to sell again, we shall use TMS in a heartbeat. Thank you all!
