Think about the staff AS HUMANS. Someone said they visited at 7pm and staff was tired and miserable. That person has never worked in a big busy shop before. People have rights to be exhausted after whole day of pleasing customers who buy random crap. It's not THAT exciting to see you buying pair of priced-down knickers at 7pm from Calvin Klein. I used to work in department store and whole day standing, folding, smiling, cleaning, answering the same stupid questions - its NOT a dream job. So cut people some slack from time to time. And its TKMAX so you will be back anyway, because bargain magnet is stronger than your injured pride Karen.

Popped in yesterday for inspiration, returned today to buy what I wanted at 10am, making myself and the 30 people behind me wait until 10.30am before they will serve us, apparently the first half hour where the staff stand around doing nothing is for viewing only.
