I only needed a basic house key cut, but the experience was really disappointing. I was the only customer there and was told it would take 20 minutes. Since I wasn?t shopping, I hung around nearby and ultimately decided to wait at Timpsons.
When I came back a few minutes later, the staff member was clearly more focused on watching something on his phone than actually serving customers. Then, almost as if by magic, he suddenly decided to cut the key ? and it took him all of 30 seconds. Why ask me to wait 20 minutes if it only takes half a minute to do?
To make matters worse, when I got home (a 15-minute drive away), I discovered the key had been cut incorrectly and wouldn?t even go in the lock. That meant another unnecessary 30-minute round trip to get it redone. He did eventually fix it, but the whole experience felt careless and frustrating.

Awful service. My elderly mother had a watch battery replaced. They broke the watch. They paid for the broken watch but refused to refund the cost of the battery replacement. Unbelievable. (and against consumer law).

Very poor service, cut a Ford key after being interrogated and an hour wait aswell as being rude. Key didn?t work so went back the following day and was told the original man who cut it was not working and he is not qualified to cut that type of key so had to wait a week Or I could try the other Timpson is Sainsbury?s. I went there and he was very helpful and cut another key and it worked straight away.So if you have to use Timpson?s go Sainsbury?s

I popped in to Timpsons in sainsburys westwood cross 4 days before Christmas, I needed 2 keys cut, Zayne served me and cut the keys but he wasn't sure they would work as they were not standard keys ,I went to pay and he told me to take them home and try them first ,I was amazed by his trust and said I would come back in if they worked ,which they did perfectly, I returned the next day to pay and took a box of sweets for Zayne he was glad to see me .What a wonderful experience just before Christmas thank you Zayne your customer service was excellent you made my day .

Beyond professional. I asked the gentlemen, Les, was his name, to dry clean an outfit for my mums funeral. Not only was he beyond empathetic and kind but actually remembered me when I came to collect about a week after. I was very impressed at how soft spoken and kind he was and a real asset to the business. Please don?t let him go! We need more people like him with such an understanding about those going through a bevermerment. Thank you Les ?

Had a key I needed replacing couldn?t find it any where local, took to Tesco timpsons and Zayne took some photos. Identified it and rang me about 6 days later and said he had found it to come in and try which I did and it was perfect after him cutting me 2 x new onesExcellent service and communication would highly recommend

The person who works in there was so rude to me I had to walk away. Would not listen to what I wanted, instead was just shouting his own nonsense over what I was trying to explain I wanted. Another Timpsons managed to cut the key no problem. Don't know what the guy's problem is, surprised he still has a job there.
