Ordered from Uber, both subs wrong.
Mine had cucumber and pepper (didn?t ask for) and no sweetcorn (did ask for)
I had 1 leaf of lettuce in the whole sub.
My partner had sweetcorn (didn?t ask for) and some disgusting brown fishy sauce which made it inedible for him.
Called the shop and they said they?d made it perfectly? LOL.
They offered to remake it if we went to the shop ourselves but as it was a 45 minute walk, we didn?t bother.
£30 on 2 sandwiches that wasn?t even made properly.
So incredibly disappointed.

Absolutely incompetent. Ordered food every single item was wrong. Nothing was toasted and because they didn?t have steak or coke they sent whatever they felt like. Then no one answers phone.

Overpriced since the company changes. Food is overpriced and all the meals I used to enjoy have changed. One worker wasnt even wearing a hair cover like they normally do

I don't know why I keep giving them a chance, this is the forth time in a row I've ordered from them and they've sent the wrong thing with a note saying they tried to call to inform me. They never call, I have my phone on me all the time and nothing. It's just a blatant lie. If I wanted a different item to what I've ordered, then I wouldve ordered it. Useless.

Rude staff, two of them talking about other past employees, sniggering between themselves. They sniggered at me when I raised my concern on how unprofessional they were.

Manager mark is amazing! So lovely, talkative, friendly and patient with those who need more time.
His turned this place around! Few months ago staff was awful, place a state and unfortunately a friend of mine was picked on by other staff by being gay.
But today my visit it?s so much better! Big up mark! Amazing ??
