“I am also giving it 5* as the algorithm will hide low scores and you will not get to see their incompetence - which they excell at....So the customer services contacted me about this review and Louise was very helpful alas the reply email had a typo and it bounced - so unprofessional like everything else - £land is looking a better option or Waterstones.Do not buy their charity cards - badly folded \ creased - only fit for the bin - will not be wasting any more money on replacements with them at the prices they are charging one should expect better - even the offerings from £Land are better made.”
