Went in to buy two pairs of kids trainers on the first Saturday of the school holidays. Had to search high and low for a member of staff and was then told they'd send someone over. After 15 mins waiting, we gave up and left. Atrocious customer experience.

Went Into this store today , found a trainer shoe that I liked , no staff to be seen ! Waited 5 mins , then went to checkout to ask staff member for help , which they did via headset ! I heard the message ! Still waited for another 4 mins .! Gave up and walked out ! I will re visit tomorrow and ask to speak to manager.! Very Very bad work ethics !

Customer Services is a joke!
Went to buy some safety shoes. Nobody on the shop floor to help with getting shoes in the right size. Went to the checkout to ask for help, the girl asked if anyone was available and told us to wait by the shoes then turned her back to us. Another girl working there overheard her but carried on walking up and down the shop not actually doing anything. After 10minutes of waiting, and nobody coming to help we left without any shoes. On the way passed the girl on the checkout I told her not to worry about getting someone to help as we were tired of waiting to which she actually shrugged and laughed. Needless to say, we won't be going back!

Poor service. No one around to ask for help. When someone was found didn't have a clue. Till assistant rude and inattentive. Because of her poor attitude lost my business. I went elsewhere.

Nowhere online has said January hours shut half an hour early. I turned up at 7:20 with Girls on the door not letting anyone in saying January hours where the website and online say 8 o?clock close Nowhere says that they?re reducing their hours in January

Does anyone actually work here ? Trying to get football boots for my son and literally no one in site. Went and found someone else in the store and they said they can't help cause there are meant to already be 2 people on shoes , waited around a bit longer and no one turned up. I can see why more people are online shopping.

Unfortunately a cheap as it use to be and sadly quality has dropped. Jordans boys shorts £49 a joke. They own alot of brands they sell so should really focus on better build quality if they want people to keep coming back. Prices through the roof, cheap find online.

Place is a joke, the younger staff are genuinely helpfull and attentive. But managers are rude, miserable and about as helpfull as a ash trey on a motor bike

Tried to collect an item, that had been delivered to the store (as requested). Upon collection the barcode on the item would not scan. They would not allow me to take it, despite having photo ID, and already paid.
The assistant called the manager, who agreed that I couldn't take it. A phone call was then made to head office for further instructions. After 15 minutes I was allowed to take the item.
This is disgusting service, despite being prepaid, I was made to stand around at the till, as though I had been trying to steal something.
The most terrible service possible.
When I wrote a negative review on their website, it wasn't posted. Who'd have thought they only allow positive reviews.
Nothing but scams from this company.

Staff seriously need customer service training. A simply ?hello, hi, Good Morning? wouldn?t go a miss at the pay desk!!! It?s no wonder we?re losing our high street shops. I would?ve had a better customer experience on line. ??
