Not returning back to shop here again, better I go Canterbury. The staff it?s rude, acting like they?re paying for my stuff I bought. I went today to buy a pair of jeans. The lady from the tills was so tired and couldn?t even give a smile or talk nicely. Very arrogant and ingnorant I asked for a paper receipt she throw it on the counter and turned her back at me without saying anything. I found this store with really rude and tired staff. Just stay home if you can?t make your job properly! It happed several times since I keep coming into this shop over the last few months.

A huge shout out to a lovely lady called Amy.
I was in the store and needed help with style ideas.
Amy was absolutely lovely! She was kind, patient , efficient and helped me hugely.
What an asset you have in Amy.
I will never forget my experience and have shared this among my friends.

The floor manager Emma is an absolutely lovely kind staff member, I have a sister who likes to come in & shop in the store who is deaf & Emma as soon as she see?s her in the store she will make a point to go over to say hello to her she knows that she might need some help in the store & asks if she is ok. Emma assists her with whatever she needs & is very good communicating with her & understands what she is saying & assists & stays with her to help her purchase what she needs. This makes my sister feel less stressed whilst shopping.

Popped in with my children, with them being quite picky, I was getting stressed but luckily the staff were wonderful and especially the petite blonde lady, who made the whole experience easy by directing us and answering all our questions so easily, well done River Island excellent store.

Another favourite clothing shop usually spend around 30 minutes or longer looking for a special outfit . Never ever been disappointed or told I am to old to wear chosen items . Clothing is always made to a high standard.
