There?s a fair selection of makeup, nail varnishes, and underwear, though the prices for underwear aren?t quite as cheap as they used to be. The children?s clothing range is good, and there?s also a small homeware section with some nice bits now and then.
The nightwear section could use improvement ? it?s heavily focused on Disney prints, which won?t appeal to all adults, and prices in that section can be surprisingly high. The main clothing range usually includes a few trending items, but lacks variety across different styles and age groups. It?s also harder these days to find simple, well-fitted pieces. Most of the clothing is now polyester, which doesn?t offer the best quality or durability for the price.
The store itself is accessible, with lifts to the second floor, a disabled entrance, and a large car park (though the disabled bays are often full). Overall, Primark is still useful for the basics, but it?s not quite the affordable go-to it once was.

Very quiet Tuesday afternoon but the tills are rammed because the 2 ladies on the upstairs tills are going at such a glacial pace!!! 20 minutes and the queue has only moved 3 people ??

Plenty of choice over two floors. Plenty of parking with car charging points. Disabled access. Lifts and escalators.

The store itself is lovely but unfortunately the ?manager? Louise has a really foul attitude and such a poor knowledge of the business she works for i was embarrassed for her. Thank god for india! She saved the day giving the great customer service i would have expected from the ?manager?. I was having issues with a gift card (not my fault) and Louise refused to help and just kept repeating that i needed to call customer service (even after showing her the website that said error, please visit your nearest store). When i asked her for the customer service number she replied ?don't know it?s on the website?. After calling me rude for asking questions to which the 70 year old next to me and India looked very shocked about as I was certainly not the one being rude, Louise stormed off slamming the till gate behind her like a child. India however explained the process, tried multiple times to fix the problem and apologised not only for the issues I was having but for the blatant poor service I had just received. Thank you India.

Well stocked and a great variety of coats which is why went in there with my wife as she wanted a new coat. A good size selection for what she wanted and got. The queue was rather long but with the amount of tills staffed it didn't take us long to get served. Only downside was a rather thick coat my wife brought and you didn't have big bags for it. That is my only Critique
