We attended the Broadstairs restaurant on mother's day and had the two course set menu. Two of us had the chicken parmigiana and the other had the baked carbonara.
The carbonara was good, however the chicken parmigiana was awful; over cooked and as dry and tough as old boot leather. Very disappointing Indeed!
Way below any previous experience we have had in the restaurant.

They're usually good. Until we found bits of plastic in our food and we both got really sick. Won't be ordering again.

We walked into the broadstairs branch this afternoon and were told they are not taking walk ins, bookings only. Which is fine. We left and booked a table for half an hour later. We came back and said we made a reservation and the lady told us this wasn?t allowed but sat us down anyways. When she came over to our table to order drinks and food she explained that the service may be delayed as they are only taking bookings. We made a booking so that doesn?t make sense. It felt like a dig. We felt extremely uncomfortable and felt like we shouldn?t be there. We shouldn?t be made to feel like that! However, our food came out within 15 minutes so it just felt like a personal attack. If it really wasn?t allowed then she should have refused us and said no instead of making us feel like we were in the wrong. I?ve been coming to that specific prezzos for many years but after today i don?t think I feel comfortable to go back.

Food arrived too quickly, faster than wetherpoons, which raises suspicions given the price!!! Bit grubby needs a refurb but views were lovely. Had a 50% off voucher, otherwise far too expensive for what it is.

Our waiter Liam was amazing, and really looked after us. The food was good. I feel it was slightly overpriced but as it was a special occassion this was not an issue - plus we could use our Tesco Clubcard vouchers towards the food.

The only letdown really is the parking. Broadstairs is one of those places where u may struggle with parking.
Never had a bad meal here. Don't recall any negative staff either. Friendly, if not a bit too busy at times. Have to flag staff to be able to pay (not their fault, you can see they are busy) however you have some gorgeous views especially if it's nice weather & you sit outside.

First time here.9 of us came to have a good meal and a catch up as we hadn't seen our friends in 2 years.Never again will I step foot in this restaurant.For the money we spent in here I expect a little bit more.The food was ok and I mean ok but the service was dreadful.I wouldn't of minded if it was busy but it wasn't.If anything it was pretty empty as it was a Thursday.Our table had empty glasses for 20 mins at a time,we constantly had to ask for people to come serve us.like I said food was ok,dessert my cheese cake looked a couple of days old.Then we had to go find someone to do our bill.We had to split it up as we had different amounts of food and drinks.You would of thought we asked them for there life savings ? I spent £150 and I don't appreciate eye rolling.I was in a foul mood on the way home. A takeaway would of been better and cheaper.Never again
