Haven't been to pizza hut in years. Went off the cuff just because of not having one in years and definitely wouldn't go again qr codes on table pay before tasteless salad bar ans same with the pizza has gone downhill since I last went to a Pizza

Compared to Polish restaurants, we didn't have our favorite pizzas here (maybe our tastes are different than on the islands), everything else was very good.

Not happy with the order from phone and the place was freezing cold and it was also filthy dirty as in grease on the floor under our table and the weird lamp shades above table were full of dust and dead flies - the chairs had dried grease mark all over them and in-between our chairs were full of mouldy Crunchy Croutons and to be honest the price at end of night was shocking - wont be going back

Food and service both great, however the value for money that Pizza hut used to represent no longer seems to exist (a child's meal and a sharing meal for 2 adults came to £60) which unfortunately puts me off returning (I believe this to be a company issue rather than the individual store)

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a member of staff that slammed the cold undercooked food down onto the table and treated us as though we were an inconvenience. Honestly, eat anywhere apart from here. The worst experience eating out ever. Shame on you Pizza Hut.

I didn't enjoy it. Staff standing around. Not helpful. Staff looked like they were just customer wearing their own clothes. Not a good presentation for pizza hut. We had to order via app. So wasn't sure why
staff was there to be honest.

The service was brilliant (I wish I would've taken the blonde lady's name - had her reading glasses on top of her hair).
The atmosphere at Pizza Hut is more bohemian than used to be- however, the cheesybites pizza is still on top.
The staff was great too, friendly and attentive - checked on us several times, been asked for sauces and extras.
Definitely recommend them ?

Just been to the one at wwx. It has to be my worse experience in a pizza hut ever. Filthy floor and crayons on the floor to. Haven't been for a while .it has gone downhill. As soon as you order the card machine is put straight in front of you. Makes you feel as your not trusted. Will not be returning again.

Service was good the food was ok, 70 pound for a family of 4. A bit pricey for pizza as it was nothing special the tables and floor were a bit sticky, aimed at younger children really otherwise staff were really good ?

Really great service from Lauren, Ella & Jack. Super helpful with a highchair & extra crayons - checked in with us as well. Great food - love the buffet - fab family treat. Cheers team!

All of it. Everything was good. Food was hot. Good choice. No rushing to get food like some branches of the restaurant. My granddaughter had fun and enjoyed the salad bar. Ice cream was good too with a good choice of sauce and sprinkles
