“Pierremont can seem a bit chaotic but I've always had good service here. I mainly pick up prescriptions but the staff are always friendly, one chap has a nack for remembering who you are. Offer flu jabs and other services which are valuable. Situated in a busy part of the town and used by a lot of people. Good pharmacy we need to ensure we keep.”

“Last Wednesday I was offered a blood pressure test as part of a new service offered by the pharmacy and I believe they might have saved my life. My blood pressure was 218 and my pulse 36. I spent the next 8 hours in hospital having tests and I'm now on medication. I had absolutely no symptoms so could have had a stroke or heart attack at any moment. This is a very worthwhile service which can save lives, a huge thank you to the pharmacy and their staff for offering it.”

There is a fair amount of criticism of NHS but in know way does this reflect on Boots . Boots of High Street Broadstairs . Un fortunately my wife has Altziimers Dementia and I can quite easily get confused. No problem what so ever because the full staff are the most competent blessed with patience great product knowledge plus a smile and a welcome. And aways take full note of our medication and always prepared give time and assurances if I show that I am a little confused
Visiting is always a pleasure and leaving feels great with a clear mind and a wonderful service.
Feel very privileged to be on their books. Great back up on the poor state of the NHS and over crowded Doctor.

“I've put 5 stars but my review is bitter/sweet. I've been using ASDA delivery since Covid because I'm a vulnerable patient. The staff are above and beyond. However, their Delivery System has failed not just the customer but their workers too. My orders are very large as this is my only means of food shopping. The tracking system hasn't worked now for about a month to six weeks! So not sure when shopping is going to arrive. The substitutes can be hit or miss, but at least you can return and are refunded immediately. You really need to get some help with your computer system guys! Its really letting you DOWN!”
