This review is for the groomers. Unprofessional staff who don't even like dogs. My dog is nervous and he had his claws cut on a filthy table with loads of other claw clippings and clearly hadn't been wiped over for months. The woman who cut his claws was rude and had no patience for a nervous dog. She seemed untrained and didn't know how to cut the claws safely and was asking me how low to cut. The place needs investigating by the rspca.

12th August 2025.A big Thank you to Megan!.I regularly purchase by the wild range dry biscuits for my Malanois X.Today Megan set up for us a 10% off every time we purchase the biscuits.I thought Megan's customer service was brilliant!and all the staff at Pets at Home have been excellent,I haven't used the in store Vet practice or purchased any animal.Thanks again!

I will never be shopping at a PAH again. Two rats, sexed incorrectly (fair enough it happens) but the communication between this store and the Head Office to resolve my issue is shocking. This has been going on since March, and I am still waiting for a refund for the castration of my rats. You may ask, why didn't I take them back to the store? Well it only became apparent after a few weeks when I tried to mix them with the rats I already had, and a pet is not some item you can just return to the store because you don't like it. I formed a bond with these rats.
PAH do not provide a contact number because they would rather hide behind a chat box than speak over the telephone.
PAH customer service is shocking. Unfortunately they have the most pet stores and that's why they think they can treat their customers with such apathy.
PAH have gotten too comfortable and in the future this will surely backfire.

not really one to leave reviews but wanted to officially thank the temporary duty manager from the Chatham store (Sam?) and all the staff that were in today. we picked up 4 rats last night and we hadn't noticed 2 had been mis-sexed until we took them out at home. they were very accommodating giving us options and information on how to deal with this and everything was rectified and resolved. the 2 babies we were able to keep, Lilac and Lavender, are enjoying introductions with their older siblings Lemon and Lime and the two males have gone up for adoption

IM only giving 4 stars because I thought it was a little bit expensive but the help i received was fantastic A staff member sat on the floor with me trying on different harness for my daughter's dog thank you pets are home ??

I found everything I needed with the help of a charming, helpful young man he even tried a couple of coats on my little rescue dog. All staff are very helpful and Friendly.
