Yesterday we went to nandos in margate,
I was disappointed in the food and service, we asked for half plain chicken, well done, and whole chicken well done, we had to send it back 2 times, by then the whole family was upset and made the experience upsetting.
The staff eventually sorted it out and said sorry but the damage was done.
We won't be going back to this nandos again.
Just adding to your reply, I think your reply is perfectic, and it seems you replied to others bad review. The same.
It's obvious this is bad management and it's obviously buy the way you as a manager replying to reviews that you don't care, as your a big company.
I think it's discussing, that customer like me have wasted money which I worked hard for, for a bad experience.
I hope all customer who read this review boycocks your restaurant.

I ordered 3 or 4 times but didn?t come some foods such as chips garlic bread , liver bread this is happening every time, very very poor service my kids waited for a food but kids foods not coming what?s going on this Nando?s but Deliveroo refund money. Am I eating money or food ? This is happening every time. I am very very disappointed. Is manager looking eveything? What is your job? ! !!!!!

Today we went to Nandos for lunch, we noticed the seats had food stains. We went to three different tables and the seats were same. I finally cleaned our seats with a wet savviete and you could literally see the dirt.
After we ate we spoke to the manger who told us that they don't clean the seats because they are leather. He said the only sweep the seats.
I asked him about infection control but he was arrogant and dismissive although I showed him the dirty saviettes.
The food is good but the seats are not good enough hygiene wise. This made me wonder how clean their kitchen is.

Came here as had a voucher. Frankly if I was paying I?d have walked out!
Staff consisted of mostly teenagers all stood around on their personal phones, chatting and serving themselves drinks.
Both our relatively simple orders done wrong and when returned, rather than making it again they just dumped the missing seasoning and sauces on top of the error meal. Which resulted in it tasting awful as nothing tossed in seasoning evening etc.
You serve yourself most stuff so quite casual dining.
Best bit was lovely gravy and pudding good.

Last time it was plain chips, no seasoning as ordered. This time it?s plain chicken!!! I mean it?s a piri-piri restaurant right? So plain chicken should maybe make someone check the order?? Supposed to be a treat for my son, really bad service. Never again

Ordered mash as a side with my dinner but came out really hard. Staff members have looked over at the table where I have placed the mash separately and not said anything. Really disappointing

We arrived without a booking and were told it would be around a 10 minute wait, so me and my girlfriend waited outside as it was hot. In less than 5 minutes a server called Tim came and got us.
Food came quickly but unfortunately there wasnt any of the medium garlic sauce, atleast thats what I thought until Tim saved the day again and found some for us.
Great food, great price and Great service from Tim!

I am a loyal Nandos customer that averages 2 orders a week.
Yesterday I waited one hour and 30 minutes for our take away.
I was informed one of their drivers had accepted the collection order in error.
So the food just sat around and nobody bothered taking action.
So time wasted on ordering and waiting and the best they could offer me was my money back which is my basic right.
Thanks Nandos Thanet, you really know how to look after your loyal customers.

Getting more expensive every time I order. But the worst part is that I?m at least 50% of takeaways that I order via Deliveroo, something is missing. The attention to detail is shocking and clearly nobody is checking the orders. Sort it out Nando?s Broadstairs as this is very poor service!

They took a very long time yo deliver my food. Over 1 and a half. When I got the food, the fries were mostly burnt and tasted horrible ?. I almost post photos. We will see on my next order.
I had a good time dining in about a year ago, and the food was good.
