Had a loverly guy help me out with buying clothes very nice help me a lot and actually ordering clothes and finding my size and had a conversation with him I think his name was Shawn I?m not to sure but loverly lad

Love JD Sport but, as seems to be the story of my life when I go out, the lift in this branch today was out of order so we obviously didn?t stay as I couldn?t get up there ?

Nice big JDs Sport. Lots of sale prices atmI feel prices pretty high. Pletty of good nice styles in here. JD definitely gone downhill. Didn't even have any Jordan clothing in here. Jordan trainers £40 more than the same ones in Nike outlet.

Staff helpful and friendly.
I found this retail park massive and was excellent for those bargains.

Large sports good shop.
If anything on offer it is usually meaning only small or XXL available.
Lift being out of order utter pain with baby and stroller. Very indifferent service.

Terrible! Two young girls on the desk chatting the whole time. Barely made eye contact. Got home and she had left the hoodie from my son?s two piece tracksuit out of the bag. Phoned 5 times before I got an answer!

JDSports in Westwood cross is not disability friendly. I?m in a wheelchair and each time I have tried to buy my son new trainers I?ve been unable to as their lift doesn?t work! So I?ve shopped at footasylum next door.
Do better JD. Get it fixed!!

Very helpful staff member on 1st floor very indecisive daughter, but they were very patient and went above and beyond to meet her needs. Polite young gentleman, he was the exception, though. Unfortunately, the rest were not like this.
