We had tree sap very well stuck to the entire car and this carwash managed to get it all off. Very friendly staff as well.

Only putting 1 star as you can't give zero, never been here before and will certainly not be returning after waiting for ages in the que you get shouted at by the staff because your car has a roof rack which he demanded I take off even after I explained it dose not come off I'm made to leave. Never had this problem anyway before. Your really need to rethink your rules and honestly get new staff

I use IMO washing at home so I thought I would use this to get the dusty sand off the car. Well as the saying goes ?you get what you pay for? well not in this case. No tripe foam No pre wash. You folks in Thanet are being ripped off.

Not the best experience I had, paid £9.50 for my car to still be dirty and also the guy shouted at me because he told me to put my handbrake on which I thought was odd because how was it suppose to move? and to my surprise the car didn't move and he came over and shouted to take my handbrake off when he told me to put it on and even watched me do it!

Just visited the imo car wash and the new guy is doing his job so well I am a regular customer I am pleased the service he provides

Sunday morning obviously a bad time to get a car washed at the Broadstairs IMO. If there weren?t 8 cars in the queue when I exited the car wash, I would have gone back round and demanded a no-charge second wash. If all the other cars have been as badly washed as mine, then IMO will have lost a lot of customers today.

Took my car in for a wash yesterday, £14. When I got to the shops the front and back of my car was still dirty. I took it back and one of the staff sprayed the two areas and gave it a wipe. I won't be going back to this car wash again. A complete waste of money...
I don't know how people say the staff are friendly when they don't speak English, and NO I'm not being nasty
