The ladies in the Westwood cross branch are absolute angels!! Went in to purchase a bridal set they Really took their time to understand what i wanted explained everything perfectly! Customer service is absolutely 5 star! Thankyou so much ladies for making my experience amazing! Special thankyou to Debi who served us and made sure everything was perfect!

Incredible service from Clare at H.Samuels, went in to replace a broken bracelet, she went above and beyond creating a friendly atmosphere. Other workers around were also incredibly friendly and lovely to talk to.

Today I was served by Lindsey, and kindly passed over to Wendy and Sarah for 2 sets of ear piercings. One was for my 11 year old and one for my 5 year old. All 3 ladies were fantastic- so kind and made the whole spontaneous decision really calm and fun for both the girls. Can't thank them enough ?

Recently attended to get ring sizes and try some wedding bands. After patiently waiting for staff to help other customers, some who had just walked in and been served before us, a woman reluctantly approached us, she had a complete unwillingness to want to help, i cant even recall a hello, an introduction or any offer of help. I outlined what we wanted to do and it immediately felt we were inconvenient for her, she sized us up and we asked to try some rings to see what felt right, this also felt like getting blood out a stone. Eventually, when indicating we wanted to by a ring she perked up. Unfortunately though, what was supposed to be a happy positive experience was ruined by a unwelcoming and unfriendly staff member. This tainted the feeling and we left empty handed.

Came in today to get our wedding rings and wendy was a dream from the moment we walked in she was so accommodating I had no idea what I was looking for she looked at my engagement ring and picked a few and we went back and forth trying all different styles to find my perfect match she was so patient and make the experience one to remember we now both have the perfect rings and can not thank wendy enough

My daughter had her second hole pierced with Wendy today, very gentle and very informative with all the correct aftercare. Clean and hygienic station, and friendly my daughter felt at ease and comfortable. Amazing customer service

I went into samuel at westwood..cross to take a bracelet in to get fixed .. it got.sent away and culdnt be fi xed , but debbi was so kind & helpful nothing too much trouble , even managed to fix my bracelet , which was sent as a present to me from abroad, which was broken when it arrived , I was so grateful that debbi took time to even try for me .. otherwse it was just going to sit in my jewellery box.. soo I want to say abig thank you, really appreciated it.. made my year , kind regards sharon..

Had my ears pierced at H. Samuel's at Westwood Cross by Wendy. Wanted to have another couple of holes, so decided to get them done. You get your ears pierced for free but you have to buy a pair of earrings. Really pleased with this service, thanks again Wendy! ??

Popped in on a whim to browse the sale watches, I was seen by Lindsey who was attentive, friendly and very happy to help.
Even though I didn't buy today I can't fault anything! The whole team was still in high spirits even despite a recent flood on store.
