Can?t thank Duncan and James enough for their help today, my partner and I were in Margate today for our anniversary and my car started to leak (badly) from the oil filter. I went to euros ( after a garage tried to rip me off ) and they went above and beyond to help us, calling formula one Autocentre to see if they could get us in asap and they did. They didn?t have to do any of this but didn?t hesitate. Honestly can?t thank them both enough, our anniversary didn?t start great but ended with us having a great day, all thanks to these two helping us out.

2 blokes behind the counter couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge me for about 2 minutes while they finished Thier conversation. I even turned round to the guy behind me in the queue to mention it to him. Once I was being served got hardly any eye contact and felt a hindrance. From what I can gather is not a lot is held In Stock and ordered for next day pickup... Might as well of gone online and ordered myself...

New phone system is terrible. trying to phone up to check if order is in. Instead of person answering phone like used to you now get annoying automated system that then hangs up on you. Lost the personal touch!
