“Ordered a trampoline online to collect. Thankfully I was able to park near the entrance/exit. On arrival the store was very busy, I did want to look at a swing seat but the stock was too high and I could not locate a staff member so will look another time. In fairness a few tills were open so they can’t be in two places.Went to collect the trampoline, the cashier told me an assistant would be over soon to ring it out.I didn’t wait long, I wish I’d got the staff members name as he was very helpful, he lifted both boxes onto the trolley, told me which was the heavier of the two boxes (so I knew when I got home) and loaded them into my car, chatty and friendly tooPurchased on 20/03/22 around 3pm, hopefully he will see/hear about this as excellent customer service”
