I have just been in to return something I ordered online. They sent the wrong item. It was so easy to return and get a refund. In and out in a few minutes, really helpful staff, knew what she was doing. A couple of minutes later I got a beep on my phone and my money was refunded. Excellent service. Thankyou

I?d just like to praise Matt in the curtain department of the Westwood Cross Dunhelm Mill store. Within minutes of walking into the department he asked if he could assist me. He basically turned into my personal shopper and made the whole experience of buying several sets of curtains enjoyable, informative and actually fairly quick. He was kind enough to help me through what might have been a confusing experience by simply helping me with sizes, textures, colours, styles and accessories. What a joy and so productive for me. Thank you Matt, you deserve ?staff member star of the week? or equivalent accolade. You were super helpful and I really appreciated your patience with me. Thanks.
