Not very positive after the sale. bed was wrong for me after going on there machine which picks the right bed . I told a member of staff about my leg ache after sleeping on ito only to be told I can't have my money back only a replacement.so stuck with a mattress I don't want .and may I say the mattress is so heavy.

Really smashing young lady called Nancy Westwood Cross Dreams. Bless her she understood my full body rheumatoid arthritis and exactly what my sleep needs were, we then did the bed/mattress experience (which is a tad strange) and it prove us both as being correct in the bed/mattress we both thought would be best for myself. I paid for the mattress and am eagerly awaiting for delivery. I can't thank her enough for the really enjoyable shopping experience today. Regards Marina

Colleagues were helpful when we attended store, certainly more attentive than the neighbouring Bensons for Beds! We chose a bedframe & mattress and add-on purchases of pillow and mattress protector to reach the threshold for a 10% discount offer, which effectively offset the cost of delivery & assembly. Was grateful to be offered the chance to have the wood frame bed assembled and packaging disposed of by the company rather than having to arrange this ourselves. Fingers crossed the bed is good when it arrives!

I recently got a new bed and now every morning when I get out of bed my back is killing me, I want to return the bed and get my £3000 back. I have a better night sleep on the sofa.

Excellent experience today at Dreams Westwood Cross, our Sales Assistant - Michelle, was friendly, knew her stuff and guided us to find our dream bed without pressure, worth her weight in gold to this business, coffee wasn't bad either!
