“Think about the staff AS HUMANS. Someone said they visited at 7pm and staff was tired and miserable. That person has never worked in a big busy shop before. People have rights to be exhausted after whole day of pleasing customers who buy random crap. It's not THAT exciting to see you buying pair of priced-down knickers at 7pm from Calvin Klein. I used to work in department store and whole day standing, folding, smiling, cleaning, answering the same stupid questions - its NOT a dream job. So cut people some slack from time to time. And its TKMAX so you will be back anyway, because bargain magnet is stronger than your injured pride Karen.”

“I don't shop here often, but they had something I wanted. The store is a lot smaller than it used to be and you don't need a membership card like you used to! Good range of wares, not cheap, but not expensive either midway between Primark and M&S! Friendly, helpful staff, and lots of parking.”

“Love this shop do not mind paying extra for quality and clothing that washes well and keeps it's shape. Always go to the Boxing Day Sales , usually arrive around 5.10 am . Do not mind waiting around in the cold until doors open at 6 am. Great bargains for all ages everyone is polite to each other , while searching along the racks of clothing. Staff are great !!!. My first visit to this store since lockdown . Very impressed with way store is laid out to Covid rules so hygienic and a lot of thought has gone to keeping us the customers extremely safe . Must admit so far Next has gone above and beyond in keeping staff and customers safe . Proud to be one of their loyal customers straight in and out this morning . “Really Pleasent shopping experience, staff are always helpful when asked. Sell a little bit of everything as the name suggests. Now that wilko have gone they are a great option for bit n bobs for your home.

Make sure you go upstairs if you visit lots more stock and a great little coffee. Good option while at wwx to have a refresher and a break.

Side note they have an incredible selection at Christmas if you need festive decorations its for sure worth popping in if you are in the area”
