We visited Currys Broadstairs today with a large amount of cash available to spend but none of the staff seemed interested in selling us anything, they preferred instead to stack boxes. It seemed like a joke as their uniform clearly states they are here to help. We asked for assistance and was told that someone would be with us shortly, but after waiting around for a few minutes all the staff avoided eye contact at all costs. We told them we would go elsewhere and they didn't seem bothered. I hope they go into liquidation and all the inattentive staff lose their jobs.

Not one member of staff on the shop floor. One female member of staff walked across the shop and ignored customers and went into the back. Terrible!

Having had terrible issues with my mobile for some time, and was on the brink of loosing my number. I decided to pop in and had the pleasure of being served by Maddy. All I can say is wow! Maddy was so helpful informative and patient with me. We had to back and forth to my current provider and Maddy literally told me what to say, as my current provider were reluctant to issue a PAC code. Eventually after much resilience and Maddy?s good old ways of ?not giving in? we got the magic code.
She certainly is an asset to Curry?s and to the Broadstairs store.

Went in to but a battery pack. Asked for assistance due anti thief devices so I couldn't remove them from the shelf. Apparently, only one person can help. After 15 minutes waiting for this person to arrive, I gave up. The store in general has a lack of willing staff, most trying to avoid eye contact.

Unless you're buying something upstairs, don?t expect to be seen. I was told someone would come to help me with a PC, waited over 30 minutes, and no one ever showed up. Ended up walking out. This isn?t a one-off?staff are often rude or disinterested. The only time I?ve had a smooth experience is with click and collect. That said, I avoid it for PC purchases as you can?t get a VAT receipt, and Currys Business doesn?t offer click and collect (though at least they do provide proper VAT invoices). Currys really needs to employ more staff downstairs?it?s consistently poor.

Helpful staff, great place to shop, but can get genuine ink cartridges for my printer cheaper elsewhere. Not enymore, totally disappointed three months old TV,returned to store for recurring fault and being told that there's not a fault.

We have not always had the best experience at Curry's in Thanet but yesterday a member of staff called Alfie was exceptionally helpful setting up a new tablet for me. Far and away the best customer service we have had at this store.

Went in today as I?m due a phone contact upgrade and had already been looking online to get an idea of what?s available at what price, but thought I would go and see what Curry?s could offer just in case; AND IM GLAD I DID! not only did a I save the best part of £20 a month on my contact, the service from Josh and colleague Maddy was excellent, Josh is a very knowledgeable young chap with a passion for ensuring you get the product that?s right for you, he is however new to the job so Maddy was walking him through the till procedure and between the two of them the Service was first class! My wife needs to upgrade also and will certainly be giving the store a visit very soon! Today is a sobering reminder that we shouldn?t only relay on the internet and get out there and support the high street and protect jobs of people who give us back something invaluable!
