The service was truly exceptional. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a genuine warmth that made me feel welcome. He patiently walked me through all my options, answering every question and helping me select the ideal mattress and pillow. Despite it being late on a Sunday, he was in no hurry to close up shop. He went above and beyond by staying late just to finalise my order and was even able to offer me a fantastic deal. I'm incredibly thankful for his patience and outstanding assistance.

So many positives, our mattress guru, Tyrell who served us had superb product knowledge and with the Bensons ?test bed? was able to help us try out and choose from the selection of mattresses that would suit us. A real pleasure to deal with someone who is able to empathise with customers needs, a refreshing change from the usual shopping experience. Top Notch.

A very positive experience. We were not sure exactly what type of Bed we wanted but Tyrrell was very knowledgeable and showed us different mattresses and was helpful but not pushy.We were listened to and not rushed.He also advised us on a headboard and base.We left satisfied we have made the right decision

Raz, Andy and Brandon did a wonderful job of delivering our furniture. They were efficient, polite and did a fantastic job and we are very grateful for their hard work.
Staff at Bensons were very helpful when we placed our order ensuring we got exactly what we needed.
We also utilised their recommended furniture assembly gents and my goodness are we glad we did! They did a fantastic job in a couple of hours, what I'm sure would have taken us days!!!
