This is one of our favourite restaurants and the reward system Zizzi has. It is usually busy which means we had to wait to be seated is long. Service was ok but took time.

We took a group of 30 to Zizzi's Bluewater and the service was incredible. Lucy was so friendly and helpful with all of our requests and food changes. She went above and beyond with serving us and we are ever so grateful. The food was delicious and everyone had a great time. We will definitely be returning.
