Ordered for collection today and got given FOUR visibly rotten corn. You can't tell me that the people/person packing it couldn't see that all the corn was rotten. One you can easily miss but how do you miss 4?

Really good chicken, the kids enjoyed their meals and the staff were great providing crayons to keep them entertained. Excellent service particularly from Emily, who helped us out when we had left something behind. We enjoyed!

We were asked to queue outside and wait. Okay? the waitress then shouted ?single file!? What is this a restaurant or school? There were loads of clean tables yet we still weren?t allowed in. After waiting twenty minutes we gave up.

Disgusting service. I was asked when ordering if I had an any allergies and stupidly said yes - as my allergen is unknown the manager refused me service despite me saying that I knew I was okay with the items that I was ordering. I was absolutely starving by the time I found another suitable alternative- a great shame as had so many great experiences at Nandos elsewhere.

food is good, waitress was dead behind the eyes. overall okay. check back done late, almost finished our food when they came back over.

I enjoyed how friendly these hardworking Nandocas staff are. From the Cashiers to the Grillers, Waiters not to mention the food; they were all on point! There was a high level of respect and urgency for anything that was needed for me and my Mum. Despite there being longer wait times, the busier crowd was due to it being half term. However, they deserve definitely recognition, especially Michael. He was supportively understanding enough to help my mum with her wheelchair when we were ready to leave.

My family and I have been eating at Nandos Plaza since it opened in c.a 2000. The food is amazing, as is the service. We have been very lucky to have eaten in amazing places around the world but there is honestly nothing better to coming home to Nandos where we are treated as family. Everyone working in the restaurant are adorable and nothing is ever too much. Special mention goes to (and in no particular order) Carlos, Tanya, Heather and everyone else I have forgotten (sorry getting old). Thank you again, honestly the best restaurant in Bluewater!!!

However all of that was let down by the background music; mind you ?background music? wouldn?t have been a bad thing. What Nandos had was a frankly awful repetitive chanting caterwaul played at deafening level. I've still got the headache

I came here and waited 1 hour for food and eventually someone finally asked if we was alright and then told us the order hadnt gone through and they clearly all knew we was sat there and waiting for ages. Absolutely terrible service from the staff not once asked if we was okay.

One phrase to describe my visit, what on earth! After a very long wait while there was multiple tables available we were finally seated. Food was luke warm with part our order forgotten. Young waitress was pleasant and apologetic but i then witnessed her being shouted at my a denier member i assume her manager for forgetting part of our order. Accidents happen and there was no excuse for this response. Just awful.

I am a regular visitor at multiple Nando?s but especially bluewater. I recently attended the plaza branch for the first time for a meal with family and was astounded by the shocking service. I have never experienced such outrageous treatment in all of my experiences at nandos. Whilst waiting for my food I first noticed workers just walking around the not restaurant aimlessly. What is the point of this in a fast food restaurant? It is extremely distracting whilst I am trying to enjoy the atmosphere. When my sons food arrived cold I asked Tanya to heat it and I was shocked by the rude attitude I received. My heart goes out to the waiters who have to walk laps of the restaurant. What a pint less job. Please sort out this system. I didn?t finish my food, and Tanya aggressively threw the fork back onto my plate, I felt very uncomfortable although I had paid for my Food, and wanted to leave a tip however i was too upset with the service. I love nandos as a brand, however this experience at this restaurant has ruined my time and i will not return and encourage family and friends to go elsewhere. Sort it out .

The man we got served by was very polite and gave us table options.And it was all ok till we received our food . The corn was cold and when we reached out to a waiter they took our corn back and gave us a ?new? one? which we later found out was the same piece warmed up on one side as the other side was still cold
