Just had the most awesome experience at Hotel Chocolat Bluewater!
Debs and Louise were fantastic and went out of their way to ensure our visit was nothing but exceptional. Excellent knowledge of the brand and even managed to upsell our choice of products! Not an easy task for anyone.
They were funny, engaging and made a regular shopping experience actual fun, which is so rare in today?s retail world.
Whoever decided to put these two together on the same shift clearly is a genius! They work well together and understand how to use that to engage with guests positively. A lovely environment to walk into as a customer.
Will definitely keep an eye out to see if they?re in when we pass next time!

Wow?. What can I say. Debs and Louise are perfect. I have never met people that are more engaging, driven and passionate about a brand or their job. #dreamteam
1st - Their smile is infectious
2nd - They helped us with a voucher, an ice cream and a chocolate query seamlessly
3rd - Worked together so well and were so engaging.
4th - Left me wanting them to be at my next Hotel Chocolat experience.
Debs and Louise for the win and for a pay rise. Management take note this is what all your staff should be like and brand vision should be sampled on their behaviour, work ethic and performance.

I had a lovely time in Hotel Chocolat at Bluewater the other day and would recommend a visit to their shop. The shop assistants were very helpful and knowledgeable. Whilst there I was offered a taste of their new chocolates and my choice of a chocolate drink made in their velvetiser. I bought a velvetiser and got a very good deal for joining up to their VIP club. Talking to the server Debs I learnt quite a bit about the company and how the velvetiser was developed. Thankyou to the team for making it such an enjoyable trip

Fabulous service from Deb today at the Bluewater store. We were booked on to the Your Chocolate Lovematch tasting experience and it was super enjoyable. My partner and I actually used it partly as an opportunity to select the chocolates we want to use for our wedding favours. Deb couldn?t have been more helpful. We also bought a Velvitiser too! Thank you so much for a great experience. I?d highly recommend the tasting experience in store ??

On Sunday I have decided to treat myself to some ice cream. The staff were professional and welcoming, even offering me a loyalty card for a discount, which was a nice bonus. The ice cream itself was absolutely lovely?creamy, with rich sauce and decadent chocolate topping. A perfect little indulgence to end the day, and I?ll definitely be back for more!

Bluewater is my local Hotel Chocolate store and I have to say I always leave wth a smile on my face. Debs is the absolute epitome of customer service. Always willing to help and offer advice on the products. Lovely lady.

I visited the Hotel Chocolat shop at Bluewater today to purchase some hot chocolate as my granddaughter is coming to stay and loves hot chocolate. I?ve never bought anything from your shop and asked your sales assistant - Lewis for some help. He was absolutely lovely, so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He was a young lad but so customer focused, a real credit to your organisation! Thank you for your help Lewis ?

I was served by a lady who I heard another member of Staff call Deborah. She was so helpful and couldn't do enough for me.
I spent more than i went in for as she was so helpful and definitely knew the products. I could see she was busy but still made time to help me.

Went at 14:30 on Sat 16 Nov for an ice cream. Waited in the queue only to be told they don't have time to serve ice cream because they are too busy.
It takes 2 minutes to pour ice cream from the soft serve machine. They blamed being short staffed but when I walked in, one white male member of staff was doing a demo of the velvetiser for a white couple.
How do they have time to do a product demo that makes no money but they are too busy to sell a product costing £4 to a customer willing to part with their cash?

I wish to thank Molly for helping me find a fantastic birthday present for my daughter. I purchased the velvetiser. Molly kindly showed me how to use it, and I tested a sample of the hot chocolate, which was delicious. Many thanks for your advice and assistance.
