“I cut my forearm whilst gardening,and the cut developed into a lump. I sought the advice of the pharmacist and,following her advice,I sent a photo of the injury to the Birchington Medical Centre. Within a couple of hours a doctor 'phoned me to say that it needed to be seen at hospital and that he would arrange an appointment. The next day the East Kent Hospital 'phoned me with an appointment,and last Friday the lump and margins thereof were excised at the hospital and have been sent for testing. From start to finish I have received prompt and professional treatment from all concerned. The staff at Courts have invariably been top class whenever my wife and I have seen them,and this was no exception. Whatever the result of the tests you have made an old man very happy!! Thank you.”
