“The staff in Birchington co-op very nice people and nothing's too much trouble for them the food is nice but when you shop in a lovely shop with lovely staff the halfway there”

“As expected, it doesn't have as much stock or options available as the 2nd branch further along the road. It does have the bonus of housing the village Post Office though! However this can, at times, also be a considerable hindrance. The queue can be quite extensive at times, which inhibits any movement at the back between aisles. Thus forcing you to walk all the way back to the front of the store to achieve access which, as a disabled person, can be quite energy consuming! On a nicer note, the staff themselves are always helpful.”
