After enjoying a mid walk drink a few weeks back we decided to come back for lunch . We sat outside with our dogs, looking out onto Bearsted Green. Absolutely fantastic service as ever , genuinely friendly and efficient. We had the seafood platter, halloumi fries and half roast chicken and all were delicious. Water for the dogs is available if you ask.

Good food ,pleasant people but bizarrely as someone else mentioned an odd smell of dirty lavatory as you enter that lingers!!!

A lovely evening at the pub. I had sea bass which was really lovely. The Risotto was not as good but we told the staff and that was sorted. Small dessert with coffee was also great. I had the crumble which was great. Really lovely staff here and very helpful.
