Would give zero stars if I could have to wait in a drivers waiting room which is a brick shed at best rooms rotten and stinks of damp with chairs made of im pretty sure concrete

Very friendly and helpful gatehouse staff directed me to the goods in area.
Straight onto a bay within 5 minutes.
There is a driver waiting area which is more than adequate unless it's 25oC then you'll need to prop open the door and windows.
(Smoking area) follow the fence line past the wooden benches and up towards the pedestrian gate.
Toilets are in through the double white doors (Use the card given by the gatehouse for access)
Offloading took far too long (almost 3 hrs)
I missed my pick up time for a reload and had to drive 175 miles empty.

Waal what an experience I had on the site. Had a tyre blown out and they never made me feel bad about it. They were so accommodative until my tyre was changed and great hospitality too. Canteen well equipped and a variety of dishes in place

Drivers treated like third class citizens as usual.
After a long drive here, the Because of health and safety and the fact drivers can't be trusted we are made to sit in a small room without any drinks machine and the toilets a good walk from there. I'm amazed they've actually got the place heated. Refugees would be treated better.
