Would give zero stars if I could have to wait in a drivers waiting room which is a brick shed at best rooms rotten and stinks of damp with chairs made of im pretty sure concrete

Very friendly and helpful gatehouse staff directed me to the goods in area. Straight onto a bay within 5 minutes. There is a driver waiting area which is more than adequate unless it's 25oC then you'll need to prop open the door and windows.
