Rubbish. Went in just before 5.40pm, was told they can't cut my key now as it takes 20 minutes and they still need to 'cash down'. God forbid you close 5 minutes late!

This guy is incredibly rude and arrogant avoid at all costs, when asking if he cleans shoes, he replied saying it like asking your Plummer to clean your toilet, he?s just a rude guy

So they can't cut a key for me unless it's one I purchased from them, of which they don't stock and cant get hold of . If I could give 0 stars they'd get it

Quick visit while at Tesco for a new watch strap and battery fast polite service and pleased with the work done - also bought their own brand of shoe renovating polish which gave good results on use.

Good service but pricing is inconsistentI went to larkfield and asked for the price and was advised £7.50 I didn't have my watch so I went to Aylesford sainsbury as on the area and was advised £9.95 I asked why the price difference I then returned back to larkfield the next day to be told by a different person its £14.95 I ended up paying this as I wanted to wear by xmas present but have no trust in the brand , hopefully someone high up reads this to give clarity as you do not state prices online for this service when you do the majority of other services very misleading and confusing for the consumer. I will not return back to timpson as I feel lack of trust to the customers and not clear go local if you can
