The operator said that you need to pay first before you fill up. No problem. When I went to the window, she said that payment is only in cash. I asked again if she was sure and if I could pay by card. She said no, payment is only in cash. I did not have cash with me and therefore I could not fill up. Drive to another gas station where I could pay by card. Was disappointed with the service.

Staff was so rude! She was An aisian woman at 2am. The door was locked. I had broken down and needed water to put in my car for coolant. I politely asked her if she could fill it up and she said no. I was distressed and in desperate need of help and she couldn?t even fill up a bottle for me when I was so desperate.

just been charged £39.50 for 10 litres of add blue at Maidstone bound site, if this is across the whole of shell then I will start getting it else where as its £10.99 at Tesco for 10 litres

Great place for petrol and diesel, coffee and snack. Toilets available if needed.

Standard petrol station about 2p a litre above the norm. Sells some food and drinks items. Also has a coffee machine.

Very rude service. The lady even thought we were thieves when it turned out that they didn't support dkvv and there was no money in the account at the moment. She was very rude and surly and I advise everyone not to visit this place. She was downright rude. Even though after 15 minutes the money was transferred to the account and the payment was made, there was still a threat. No more shell in England. February 10, 2023 around 9:00 p.m

Half of the pumps were out of order, so thought I'd be a decent citizen and move my car after filling, to let someone else use it. Only for the Lady at the till to gesticulate and shout over the tannoy, even after I informed her of my intentions. Very uncalled for.
