Only given 4 stars as on this occasion when advising them I'm moving from Dulux eggshell using pure bristle brushes to Dulux Diamond Satinwood I asked for advice in best brushes to use. They were honest & said they didn't know! Surely all staff should be trained to know or if not be able to contact their tech team. Good old YouTube back to the rescue ?”
