We often get take aways from here. Food is generally good, but a little inconsistent. Staff are always friendly and helpful, but the service is unreliable. I'm fed up with getting home and finding one or more items missing from the order. I started counting items before leaving, but it's a pain. They might be improving a bit recently - we'll see.

Honestly this is me being picky, but please for the love of god don?t put to much peri salt on the fully loaded chips. Honestly probably the worse loaded chips I?ve had from nandos. I went for iftar (Ramadan) and I honestly didn?t want to complain.
Everything else like the Mac n cheese, sunset burger and garlic bread was great ?

The standard has gone down in Nandos Aylesford. We?ve been going here for 7 years and it?s very disappointing.
We came in at 11:40. Ordered our food after 5 minutes and food did not come out after 45 minutes! Just because I ordered something that is different from your normal chicken, they were not prepared at all. The bread that goes with the liver used to be ciabatta bread and now it looks like a muffin bread.
The soft swirl machine was not working.
The cheesecake was not soft and gooey. It was hard and we did not enjoy it at all.
We did get a free pitta bread with hummus and the staff was apologetic for the delay. However, if they only inform me that there was a problem in the first place then I would have ordered my order.
No communication between the team and the manager did not even came up to own up to it.
Therefore, we would not be going back to Nandos in Aylesford!

Good selection of chicken based food. Butterfly chicken from the smallest chicken ever it would seem!

Staff has disgusting attitude towards delivery drivers tried getting my delivery the staff and the manager were talking and laughing with each other after some minutes i asked for my delivery and i was met with rude behaviour and aggressive i was told not to come here for deliveries in future

Food was very good and service on point. The only issue is the door being left open and the temperature dropping to an uncomfortable level.

Ordered a takeaway this evening and the food was exceptional! I had the loaded wrap for the first time and it was delicious! Nice surprise with the complimentary custard tart - lovely! Thanks for fantastic food South Aylesford Nandos ??
