Even when empty they cant seem to build a burger.
Ordered here for my stepdads birthday we bought him a bigmac meal as that's all he wanted. They left out the big mac. I then place a second order, which was only a big mac meal, nothing else in the order and they still forgot the burger???
I then call the store to ask how this is possible and I get told it's the drivers fault my sealed order, which was still sealed both deliveries by different drivers, was missing the main component. No offer of a refund and very rude service. Will never use this mcdonalds again

This place is awful, they never deliver the right food and complaints are always made. They don?t fill drinks up or fries, food is cold often. Waste of time coming here completely.

Not even 1 star so consider it -1 star
After getting my first order completely wrong and stuff missing I returned back to the restaurant to have it sorted out.
The manager was very professional (NOT) as she ?sorted? the order herself couldn?t even apologise just handed the food quietly without a word. She herself couldn?t do my order right still! I asked for no pickled and no onion the first order and I get extra pickles and extra onion, in the second attempt I still got the pickles and onion ? please shut down or just replace with capable and reliable staff!
Will never return again!

Had to wait a while for food and when it did come was cold but this was fixed.
There is a lot of seating upstairs and general restaurant seemed clean enough.

This is one of our closest McDonalds to take the kids. We usually use the drive-through. No matter what we order, we are told to park up and wait. Even the most popular items are never ready to be handed through the window. They send a young adult with a tray of food out into the large car park armed only with a mental note of your registration plate to hunt you down and delivery your food. By the time you receive it, it's gone cold.

The food was not good, it looks like someone has either stamped or squashed your burger as hard as they can, and then wrapped it. Nothing like what is advertised.

Very simple order, through the drive through and they still forgot 2 items! Went back to complain and they said we should have called them! Would they have delivered the missing items to a football match?! Refused a refund and then the manager walked away while we were still talking. Staff obviously need more customer service training ! Very disappointing experience all round!
