Tori was great. Today I visited the M&S foodhall at Aylesford for the first time. As I queued to pay I noticed Tori on the til. She was very friendly and happy to work on the til serving customers, and it showed. She asked customers if they wanted a tray, told them where serviette's were etc. When it came to my turn she asked if I wanted ice and a glass for my can of coke. By then I was sold and said, what's your name and I'll leave you a review. She did her job which many would fine numbing and irrelevant with a smile and helpful cheery attitude which made the difference. She is a real ambassador for M&S, thanks Tori. Please M&S management make here aware of this and give her a reward.

Instead of enjoying my cake and coffe with my daughter i am typing complaint, the manager called jane who was rude and mean to me , pretend she doesn't understand what i am talking. I turned and asked next customer who withnessed this is it difficult to understand what i am saying? The lAdy smiled and said some people are reluctant to serve customers or understand, you were clear not sure why she did that.
Well, i really wonder what was the reason for that lady to treat me like this ? My ethnicity or apperance ? I didnt ask you to pay my bill, i asked nicely coffe and cake ! If you trace the camera you can see her face expression to me and customer after me !!
This is unbelievable feeling this in Uk should ne old fashion now but seems still quite trendy !!
