Flooring megastore (FMS) had a good price and good communication. However, I can't recommended them due to their exclusive use of Tuffnells delivery.\\n\\nTuffnells lost the carpet twice, the second time being declared lost for good. It took 13 days to get the carpet to us. A large fraction of this time we had to wait in a few hours until it became clear from discussion with FMS it was not coming became.\\n\\nDespite a discount on the delivery charge requested, I'd far rather had the next day delivery advertised.\\n\\nTotal time from order placed to delivery is 3 weeks (21 days).

Bought laminate and underlay. Communication was great with the team. Delivery times were flexible. Pricing for the flooring was great value. The chap fitting it commented on how the flooring was really great quality. Would recommend and buy from them again

Avoid. Had numerous issues with carpets being cut to the wrong size then having to wait for it to be re-ordered. Promised the carpet would be delivered today so arranged carpet fitter for tomorrow.Carpet has not turned up and cant get a straight answer from the flooring megastore or the courier.Promised multiple calls back which never happen. Now £100 down with the carpet fitter and no doubt another 2 weeks without carpet down on the stairs.I have spent over £5K with these cowboys. Take my word and go elsewhere!

Appalling service, carpet still not delivered 3 days after delivery date , absolutely no contact to explain why and having to chase relentlessly to find out what is happening. Old lady is sleeping on the floor having cleared the room and booked a carpet fitter. I would never use again . Rang 2 hours ago to ask why not delivered and nobody has rung back, Just rung again to be told only 2 phones and 2 people and despite saying she would;d get straight back to me now onto a different call. Been asking to speak to a manager , waiting to see if he " will agree to take my call" . Do not spend your hard earned money at this total shambles of a business.

Absolutely faultless experience from the start and throughout. Called the office and originally spoke to Alice who helped arrange a sample pack which was sent out to me within a couple of days. I decided on a colour from the First Impressions range and got the order underway. I was kept informed through email updates and the delivery arrived on the day they stated before noon.

Fantastic company to deal with. After a lot of research I found that Flooring Megastore were the most competitive online and even more so than the high street. Dealt with a few members of the team and they were all wonderful! Thanks again for my new carpet it looks amazing. I would recommend this company to anyone!!!

Iâ??m very surprised with other positive feedbacks. I requested a carpet sample three weeks ago as I am looking to place carpet and underlay order of approx 60m2, and still hasnâ??t received the carpet and underlay sample. I chased four times in between and Iâ??ve been told youâ??ll get in next couple of days and then call after couple of days , apology for inconvience - weâ??ll post the sample today. The statement has repeated 4 times but still carpet and underlay sample hasnâ??t received yet.

Flooring Megastore breached the consumer contract. Having accepted the special instructions in their 'acceptance email' of the order and not following it through confirms breach of contract. Citizens advice were contacted and I have been advised that flooring Megastore have been reported to trading standards.
They were ignorant to the issues raised in my initial emails. Only when I was advised to send a recorded delivery letter by citizens advise they then responded (not via the same) via email with a poor excuse.
They also denied being in breach of contract. I have now resorted to other means to resolve the issues with the flooring and have received compensation indirectly.
Initially they were helpful via telephone conversation with info on purchasing online. It's only after the transaction has been made and they have your money that they don't care 100% about customer service.
There is another onlinecarpets company that serve consumers 100% better as ive experienced.

Excellent service from start to finish. Website is a breeze to use, collected from the store with a really helpful team. Exceptional customer service; something you don't experience all to often! Would definitely buy from them again and recommend to anyone.

We were extremely impressed with Flooring Megastore following our recent order for one of Amtico's Signature products. We have been trying to get this fitting for a while now but without joy. We ordered the product from one supplier and were let down. The same happened with another supplier. A third supplier told us that it was a bespoke item and they would only supply very large orders! Eventually, we came across Flooring Megastore and were extremely impressed with their customer service. Christian dealt with our order and spoke to Amtico before taking a penny, to confirm that they would be able to provide that product. Once we had placed the order, we were kept well-informed with regular updates about the order. Christian was happy to take any queries during this period. The order was delivered on the day that they promised. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately this company was a complete waste of my time as they appeared to be unable to open a jpg and pdf sent via email. After reading the other 'genuine' reviews I would advise to avoid at all costs
