We?ve had repeated issues with the LKQ Euro Car Parts driver based in Parkwood, who consistently and deliberately parks just inches away from our daughter?s car in a residential close?despite there being plenty of space to park reasonably. This kind of behaviour is inconsiderate, unnecessary, and shows a complete lack of respect for others. If you value dealing with courteous and responsible people, I?d suggest taking your business somewhere else.

Went there today 8/3/25 as had an emergency situation, running out of materials... staff member went above and beyond to help out, got everythingi needed to carry on. he deserves a pay rise!

Use this store pretty much daily since opening in Parkwood and is brilliant.
Charlie behind the sales counter is fantastic, always double-checks to make sure I have the correct parts and always makes sure I have my ordered parts ready for me so i'm not late to my jobs.
I use a lot of suppliers and rate this store very highly

We went to return the parts and guy who working there he?s very young I think between 22 or 25 years old , he was very disrespectful towards us start swearing ? and he has said get out from here front of other customers I will sort you out and said that we don?t returning the parts I think he doesn?t have experience and no manners at all very rude towards the colour people ,I don?t know how can people tolerate him very rude and arrogant!
