Always friendly & very helpful. Only given 4 stars as on this occasion when advising them I'm moving from Dulux eggshell using pure bristle brushes to Dulux Diamond Satinwood I asked for advice in best brushes to use. They were honest & said they didn't know! Surely all staff should be trained to know or if not be able to contact their tech team. Good old YouTube back to the rescue ?

Just bought some paint and a few supplies. As a DIY?er I need some advice, the guys were very patient with questions and helpfully made good suggestions and mixed up the necessary paint.OK a wee bit more than Wickes but will worth it for the help. All I need to do now is apply the paint correctly!
