Very disappointed with our experience at Tapi. We were assured there would be no hidden costs when quoted for full-house flooring, only to be hit with an unexpected £1,200 extra charge when the fitters arrived. The manager offered unhelpful alternatives that didn?t work with our chosen flooring, and we were left with no real option but to pay. What we were told to our faces turned out to be completely misleading, just so they could get a sale through. Beware. Extremely frustrating and stressful?would not recommend.
