Aisles are unmarked, making it a nightmare to find anything linked from the website. Receipt printers are not serviced, and the printouts are of very poor quality.

Very nice and helpfull staff! ??Carol from the plants was very nice and explained me all that I needed to know about the plants I bought today.Also, the way she displays the plants is eye catching and not only that she said she is trying to display the plants that can be planted together. Very pleased every time I buy plants as there is always a good variety and nice staff?

The services say that there is a key cutting machine at this store. Drove 20 mins to find that there isn't one. No I've got to drive to another store. Closest one is gillingham
