Really poor service from a bmw dealerBooked in for new front brake pads - turned out this was not necesssry and sensor was not working - instead of asking if I wanted it replaced just went and did it anyway.Waited 6 hours for that - and then told no wash of car as I had wanted things done ?quickly? - other things I had asked for were ignored until I raised themWoman in service scowled at me until it was payment of bill time when it became all smiles - so transparent. No attempt to hold any rapport and constantly told me how busy they were.I would avoid this dealerMy other car is an old porsche and they should visit those Porsche guys in Toñbridge to see what customer service is like - they don?t care how old your car is - you are made to feel like they care

Lovely environment, very relaxed. Staff also very accommodating, particularly Elise Mankelow, who always takes the time to explain everything in detail while also making you feel like she is your own dedicated representative. Have been a customer of Arden for 5 years or so now and Elise has always been very professional, knowledgeable and, above all, courteous and friendly.

I only typically visit this dealership for parts, having never bought a car from them (but from other dealerships). however, nearly every time I have been in to order parts, the experience is disappointing, to say the least. phone calls are never received to let you know that the parts have arrived. I have had faulty parts be refused to be replaced, unless I book the car in for 'diagnostics' (at an £80 charge)...I would strongly suggest going elsewhere for genuine BMW or MINI parts. (my best experience being Barrets BMW in Ashford)

I tried phoning the parts department for a quote twice, both times it patched through every phone in the building before being put on hold indefinitely. I then physically went into the branch to ask, the lady at the reception desk was very kind and pointed out where to go to find said parts department (hence two stars). Upon arriving at the parts desk, they then completely ignored me for about 20 minutes (having pressed the "ring for attention bell" about three times during that period) so I have given my custom to Steven James Ruxley BMW. Arden parts department is a joke.
