This branch has recently relocated to a larger store. Very busy both times when we visited. Lots of polite friendly staff. Quite a few are trainees. Good experience. Avoid 3.30pm slots as it's popular with Mums & children and seats are at a premium.

My go-to place for eyewear. Economical, friendly staff and convenient location. Store now relocated within the same Park Mall, next to JD and Superdrug.

The staff are awful compared to who used to work here. In the new store they're still there and it's smaller with less stock. Worst of all worlds. Terrible.

Great shop, very clean and tidy, and have a big choice of books. Recently got into the Penguin Classics and I am pleased they have quite a big variety of them.I was served by a lovely woman (wish I had the name, as she was so nice) today, very friendly and polite, and asked if I had a loyalty card (wasn't asked at the Folkestone store).I had paid £10 in loose change and the woman didn't make me feel bad for doing so.Overall it was lovely to have such a friendly experience. Thank you!

The starving my local waterstones are amazing I quite often have to go to Ashford for things because they sold out of Folkestone and I cannot fault the star for Ashford either so polite and helpful and they always seem to know what I need or want now that's good customer service
